I hope this letter finds you in a great health. With the heavy heart, I am writing to request an alternative time slot to practice in the community hall.
To start, I am a member of the One Direction band. Our group has been working in your hall every Tuesday and Friday evenings since a year now. While the band works at a small scale, it works for the charity. So the 70% of revenue earned from the local show is given to the Orphan Trust. It is nothing, but a side hustle for few passionate musicians.
This community hall has helped us throughout the practice sessions. Majorly, it is been a good place to learn the instruments. If we would not get place to rehearse, the performance will degrade. We do not want this reason to hinder our target. Considering your hall to be the perfect, we wish to continue with the sessions. Therefore I request to kindly suggest some other schedule. We are fine with Saturday and Sunday anytime. Please let us know.
