Hope you and your family is doing well. I am writing this in connection to my recent visit for an office workshop planned for 15th – 20th July to your city, Pune. I was thinking to ask you for my stay with you all as it have been long meeting you.
Since it an official visit and as there were no hotels available nearby to the event, I thought of staying with your family. I will leave for the work at 8 am and will be home by 7 pm. I am ready to pay for my stay as also I would have paid in hotel. I hope my stay will not be inconvenient for you as I am aware that your kids are too small. You will not have to bother about my food as I have my food arrangements already done in advance.
Eagerly waiting for your revert on the same. However, I will be completely fine if you will refuse. Please do not hesitate to accept the offer of payment for my stay.
