Warm regards! Hope you find this letter in radiant health and best of the spirits. I am feeling pleased while inscribing this epistle to apprise you with my three days itinerary to your hometown commencing from 25th of April.
Even though it is a business trip but i would aspire to live with two of you so i could snatch some quality time to spend. Frankly speaking, my organisation is approaching me for the booking of rooms at a hotel, rather than residing in a strange surrounding i would prefer to live in closely associated environment. Beside all of this, i want to ensure your permission first if you guys feel comfortable because invading privacy is not my cup of tea.
Furthermore, it would be highly appreciable if you accept me as a paying guest for the stay, reason to this is that i am well aware of the prevailing financial
instability at your place. Therefore, this way i could join hand to support you.
