This is with reference to our family's upcoming visit to Miami, and as per our plan we will be looking to stay at your resort. I am writing to clarify few of my queries as well as to inform you about our check in and check out dates.
We will be arriving at your resort on 20th of June 2018 and will check out in the morning of 23rd of June 2018. So in short we will be staying at your hotel for 3 days.
Here, I would like to specify few requirements which we are looking for. Although we are pretty sure to stay at your hotel, I would like to know the room rates for weekends, as I am looking to book 2 double bed rooms. Furthermore, kindly arrange a private phone line which we can use exclusively, in addition to that I am looking for a room which has direct view of the sea shore. Please quote the charges before confirming my reservation.
Finally, please confirm if you can recommend some places of interest as well as sightseeing near to your hotel.
