Dear Jason,
I feel sorry as I couldn't let you know that I would be going to India on a fortnight vacation as this event was organized all on a sudden and I had no option but to prepare myself within short time. As I would be gone for a very long time, I had to depend on someone responsible for maintainance of my house.
we neighbours always talk about your helpful activities which make our life easier. However, as I was in a fix how to manage my house for this time being, the first person that came in my mind was you. it would be great if you please take care of my house on my behalf.
The first task to be taken care of is cleaning the lawn. Don't worry, I already appointed a person to clean it up on next friday, all you need to do is to supervise the operation and pay for the task. I already bargained the cost and its $40. Another thing is turning on the night light and turning off in the morning as the sensor is not working and requires replacement. Oh I forgot to send the laundry, would you please send that immediately?
Once I come back, we will gossip on my current tour with a cup of tea.
