My name is Sep Asg and I am a student in English language school in Brighton. Four months ago, a friend of mine and I leased out your apartment, located in North York. Recently, due to the contraction in water pipelines stemming from a winter storm in Toronto, unfortunately, the piping system of the building was severely damaged. Hence, we have not had hot water and heating for days during this freezing cold weather.
Although your workmen came to our place to fix the problem, after working on it for several hours, they could not fix it. Since my cousin, Jason, is a professional plumber in Canada, I talked to him about my problem, and he was confident that he can repair it. I would be pleased if you call him and ask for some help.
