Dear Elly,
Hi! How are you? I am writing to inform you that I won’t be able to join you in your wedding on 12 Nov due to some unavoidable circumstances.
I had made all the arrangements to visit you in Leeds and was about to book the ticket, then suddenly I received a call from my manager and he informed me about the business meet where I have to give presentation about newly launched product of my company to the stake holders. As my promotion is due as well as no other employee was senior than me in my team, I am bound to attend the meeting.
