Dear Sir,
I hope this letter finds you well , I am a resident of Steel Town. It is to inform you, that recently repair and maintenance work was conducted on road near my house. It seems like quality of material that has been used isn't up-to the quality standards.
Let me explain you further, as this development work was completed just two weeks ago, but condition of road suggests, like it was completed a year ago. Furthermore, it is to bring in your notice the quality of material that has been used. As per few contractors believe the quality standard of material has been compromised. Moreover, it is important to mentioned at this stage about the volume of heavy traffic that used this road. So, I believe it is vital that you should visit this road and conduct an enquiry in this regard for low quality material that has been used.
Therefore, it is requested to kindly take some sort of action before it gets too late and condition of road becomes nuisance again for local population. Hopefully, you will take measures to resolve this issue.
