Dear Sir/Madam
am writing this letter to notify you about the issue on the quality of the road near my home.
Let me shred some more light about the issue. this is sridhar am resident of John street which will come under your city council zone. we were about 300 families residing over here for the past 15 years. our residents are not happy with the road which has been laid couple of weeks back. it was not done properly by the contractors. they didn't follow the proper procedures, they didn't used standard raw material suggested by government. In order to increase their profit margin they completed the work in a fast manner with very low quality raw materials. All the roads got damaged on last week rain and water is logging in most of the roads. However this is the road for all the 300 families to commute for daily purposes. Moreover this morning we noticed a lot of children's fall down in while they were on the way to school and some got injured as well. Even young people's struggling hard to pass by this road, if so kindly think about the problem faced elders,patients and kids. we have reported this to our local politician(Ward councillor),but no response.
this is a small request from our end. Could you please kindly visit our resident area to know the situation and the problem what we were facing in our routine life. it will be great if you took some severe action against the contractor and get it repaired.
