Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing with regard to a problem that I have encountered recently with the internet connection in my dormitory room.
My name is Rahi Honarvar and I am studying computer and technology at Alef College who is living in on-campus accommodation, block A, room 24.
Since a few days ago I have learned that there has been some problem with my internet connection. Although I can connect to the internet while I am in the main hall, the connection is lost in my room. Consequently, I cannot work on my dissertation at nights due to the lack of access to the internet.
I would like to ask for your help in order to solve the problem which caused me some inconveniences and I have difficulties fulfilling my thesis that should be accomplished till the end of month.
