My name is Ben, first-year student of Mass Communication currently staying in Westley hostel room no 102. I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction towards the internet connection in the room. Let me explain the situation in detail
To elucidate the internet service has been intermittent over the past few weeks. The web page takes ages to open. Although this was not the case in the past when the internet connectivity was very fast, however, the situation has completely changed now. The situation is particularly miserable in the night when I am unable to connect to the free WI-FI network of the university campus, therefore, I have to use expensive data on my mobile phone to complete my work assignments. Additionally, the erratic internet connection is affecting preparation for the upcoming semester examinations.
Lastly, I would request you to take a note of my complaint and immediately send an engineer tomorrow so that the internet connectivity issue can be resolved.
