Dear Manager,

I am James, working in accounts section of your company. I am writing this letter to put forward my suggestion of opening a new cafeteria in your company.

As you know our office is located far from the main town so there are no places nearby to take refreshments.
It is not possible for entire staff members to go out to take food and drinks on daily basis.

As far as the space for cafeteria is concerned, the large hall near the main parking lot, which is not in use from last 2 years can be used to open this cafeteria. This location will be convenient to the staff of every department. Our company can place a advertisement in local newspaper to invite vendors who can run this cafeteria.

New cafeteria will not only provide fresh foods and drinks to office staff but also to the official guests who came to visit our office. Last but not the least this cafeteria will also help to interact with each others which will develop a level of understanding and cooperation among company employees.

Hope you will consider my suggestions positively and take necessary steps in this direction.
Thanking you for your kind consideration in advance.

Yours Sincerely,
James.
