Please kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. As you are aware of my research work regarding my PhD study. I let you know that I almost finished my work, still, some thesis is pending due to attending office daily. Hence, I am asking for your permission to take leave for 10 days.
Further, the submission date, which is fixed by University is the 30th of August. Owing to this, I have to submit my project work before that mentioned time period. If you allow my leave then, I will able to complete that task on time.
I know my temporary absence is inconvenient not only for you but also my other team member employees will suffer. However, I give you assurance, I will check my office e-mails, and response to every e-mail as soon as possible. Moreover, Sushil, who is work on our same team will handle my seat's work in my absence.
