Dear Mr. Chris,
I am writing this letter to notify you that I need a short break from work.
As you know, during the last six months we were working hard on the software application for the Efrotech Services and I often had to work at night. Our team did well and we were able to meet the deadline. Unfortunately, those stressful months had negative impact on my mental health.
I want to take one month vacation from the work because I am planning to visit Hawaii to surf and need some rest to relax my mind and also want to explore some renowned attractions. I will depart on 1st July and resume the office on 1st August.
During my absences Mr. John will handle the ongoing project. He knows every detail and I am sure he will able to lead the team and will be able to resolve any unexpected issues. Also, I will be available on Skype and see my email in the evenings for the support. I hope you can understand my situation.
