I am writing this letter to ask you for an approval for my annual leave that will take place next coming month. As you may know, I have completed my course in biotechnology and the deadline of my thesis is on June 30.
In fact, I need three weeks off so I can be well prepared and organized all the materials that I have in hand .Furthermore, by getting my master I will be officially promoted to senior officer as you promised me in my last appraisal. In addition, I would be able to replace you when you are out of office since I have learned statistics very well.
Unfortunately, I will not have access to my e-mails and can answer the emergency calls only. I have already spoken with my colleague John who will be responsible to carry out my tasks during my absence. In addition, I will promise you that when i will be back i will get earlier to my duty and try to work during weekends to cope with the tasks that i have already missed.
