The television did not function as intended; it did not even start at all. In addition to that, the remote that came along was physically damaged. I have been regularly calling your service centre, but they either tender me an unacceptable apology and inform me that it will take nearly a week to repair as all the engineers are occupied with priority tasks or they hang up on me.
I would like you to not only replace this equipment but also dig deep into the working of your service centre to understand the reason behind these delays. I no longer have the patience to wait for a week.
