Dear Michaell,

How is it going? I hope the meeting preparation is going excellent, I reckon the meeting will be successful.

I am writing you because I think I won't be able to attend due to my exam was rescheduled to that Saturday when your meeting is and you know that this English exam is really important for me because of my visa application depends on it.

I really apologise for this, I never expected that change on my exam date, If you like I will visit you on Sunday morning and I will help you to do cleaning and you tell me how the meeting was, that would be so exciting for me because I want to know some reactions from people that don't know what was the meeting for.

I am really happy to know you will do this meeting but I am so sad because I could not be able to attend.

I will see you on Sunday.

Regards,

David.
