Dear Sir or Madam,
The purpose of this letter is to apprise you that I had been voluntarily associated with the organization from the past six months in the suburbs of Red Avenue.
Just to brief about the voluntary work and the task I had been responsible. Firstly, being an ophthalmologist, I was occupied from Monday – Friday in the campaigns held for the eyes diseases and all visionary disorders. All treatments and medical prescriptions were dealt under the supervision of my team and I. Secondly, during weekends I was actively involved carrying out the emergency and surgical cases for the destitute ones.
Moving to the heart of the matter, the reason I will not be able to support the campaigns and the voluntary work going forward. To begin, it’s the time of the year when all the doctors from AIIMS around the country undergo extensive research on ophthalmology for the period of one year. This opportunity will help the scientific world to excel and make further progress to find the root causes of the prolonging diseases around the world. I consider myself fortunate to be a part of the mission along with others which will commence from the upcoming November 1st week.
In-fact there is no need to feel shattered about absence; however I have my junior with same cognitive skills who will be able to perform all the tasks enthusiastically. He is well informed with the tasks and the schedule I was taking care and is well-verse with the duties. He also holds doctorate degree along with the renowned AIIMS certification.
I hope you will not deny my proposal for recommending discerning body to work for the organization’s welfare. Looking forward to hearing from you and hope for the positive outcome.
