Dear Sir,
I am writing the letter to inform you that I am resign from my job here at PCL Trucking Ltd so that I can join my daughter busines in Alberta.
My daughter start the bakery busines in Calgary and she having problems to managing the store so I want to move with my wife to help her.
I don’t want to make any problem for you so I can be here till you find some other truck driver. I will stay to teach new person. I hope to moving by end October but no correct date I fix for moving.
This is very difficult decision for me as I work here for almost 20 years. Everybody here is like my family. I really enjoy my job here because you give too much support to all staff.
Thank you again for all support for 20 years and I wishing the company best of luck for future.
