Dear Mr. John,
I am writing this letter to invite you to a small celebration at my place on August 3,2019 as we have recently shifted in the house next to yours and are thinking of throwing a small party in this regard.
My name is Shazia Iqbal, migrated from Pakistan to Canada a week ago along with family to pursue my higher studies in the field of data sciences. Our family comprises of five members which includes my parents, an elder sister; a doctor by profession and a younger brother who is an electrical engineer.
We are planning to arrange a get together at our place which will include a musical night followed by a dinner. The event will commence at 8:00 pm and would continue till 11:00 pm. Further, we are planning to place slides and swings for children so that they do not feel bored.
In this regard, we would like you to join us on this occasion along with family. We apologize for the noise that might be a source of disturbance for you as well as neighbors in the vicinity. Therefore, we are thinking to arrange a sound proof room so that the people living near-by are not affected.
