Dear Sir,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ben swallow and I am a 2nd-year computer science student at the university. I am writing this epistle in reference to inform you of the current problems I am facing due to the loss of my student identification card. Let me explain further.

To elucidate I have recently lost my identification card somewhere in the college premises while I was playing a soccer match. At that time it didn’t catch my attention as I in a hurry and realized only when I reached home. As you are aware that this card serves as a source of identification while entering and exiting the university building additionally it is also used for issuing books from the library. While entering college I have to make temporary access card which is a painful process additionally as the semester exams are approaching I am not able to issue books from the university library which is affecting my exam preparation. Such experience has made my life miserable.

Thus I would be grateful if you could issue a new card immediately so that it can help resolve the existing problems.
I look forward to an immediate response.
Yours sincerely
Ben
