My name is Olga Choklia. Unfortunately, I am writing you to inform about my lost student ID card. I am a student of the management course MC3553. Two days ago I realized that I had lost my ID card. Although I have looked everywhere for it and asked in the main office. I have not been able to find it yet. I think I have lost it when I was riding my bicycle to class.
As you can imagine my ID card is necessary for my studies. Unfortunately, I cannot get discounts on public transport. Actually, my accommodation is far from the university and this means it is difficult for me to pay full fane on the busses. Neither can I use the college facilities to borrow books from the library.
I would appreciate if you can understand my difficulty and the urgency that I have at the moment.
Therefore could you please arrange for a replacement of my ID card? I will be very careful in the future with my ID card. I realize that it can take several days to prepare another one but without it I cannot study or travel. If you need any additional information, I will be happy to provide it.
