I hope you are doing fine today.
I am writing a letter to let you know that we have to change our holiday plan to visit France next month due to my work commitments.
I was very much excited to visit Paris because I’ve never been to France before. Besides, it was the ideal time for us to visit there because the current temperature in Paris is between 15 to 20 degrees Celsius which is very reasonable for tourists to visit the countryside and historical places easily. As you are aware that I did book hotel and bought the flight tickets for us to travel; however, I have just got a call from the managing director today that my company has recently been awarded a GIGA project in the region, and we have a requirement of 300 personal to mobilized on-site in next one month time. Due to this, I have been given a task to travel to Philippine, India, and Africa to arrange recruitment trips, and fill all available slots before going on annual vacation. That’s why it won’t be possible to continue with the said plan, hence please let me know your available schedule in February 2020 as I would be free from the assigned task by that time, and we will arrange to travel accordingly.
