I am writing this letter in regarding to your complaint against the overdue DVD. Let me explain you that last month when my best friend visited my place and we decided to watch a comedy movie. On 20th of May we came to your shop and chosen "happy moments" movie. After 2 days when my friend was leaving we came to your shop to return the DVD. Moreover, when I went to return the DVD, you were not there on the shop. The shop was very crowded and your assistance was bit occupied with other customers. However, I waited some time for him to get free and then returned the DVD. I am very positive about the fact that your assistant has also update the same in the computer also.
Therefore, you are requested to check your inventory. There are chances that the assistant has misplaced the DVD. Hopefully you will get that DVD somewhere in the shop.
