my name is Musa. I am student of six semester studying BS electrical engineering. my registration number is SP09.my exams was planned on February 5, 2019. On this day I felt swear headache in the morning while I was about to come university . Immediately I went to hospital and admitted in Emergency ward. after 3 hours they released me from there and moved to X-ray room for my City scan . after complete all my tests they told cause of headache was empty stomach and advised me to take bed rest for 1 week.
please find attached my admission receipt along with my scan report . It is requested to allow me to appear again in exams next month badge
