Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Abed Joy, a frequent business traveler of your airlines. I am writing this letter to you to complain about the service that I have received on my recent travel to Singapore.

My flight number was BDG2451 and it was between Dhaka to Singapore. Although it is a short flight compared to some other countries of the world, each flight should be cozy enough for its passenger. I was very happy with every flight with Singapore Airlines including this one but what happened at Dhaka airport this time is quite disappointing for renowned airlines like yours.

When I was waiting in the queue for boarding pass, I was one of the first people to arrive and ask for the boarding pass. Just in front of me there was one woman with a child of 3-4 years old is begging for window seat but the person responsible for allocating seat denied it completely saying that all the window seats are already taken which was not the case because after the lady was gone, I asked the same; a window seat. I don't know how but he provided me a window seat and smiled with a thank you note. I don't know why I got this privilege but it is quite disappointing to have privilege over a mother and a child.

After getting the boarding pass, I tried to contact your help desk to file a complaint but they denied taking it as a complaint which was completely unexpected for me. I would like you to investigate the issue further and take necessary action. Also, I would like you to take the necessary action to improve the airport service by training the personnel on how to behave with their customers.

Your kind action in this regard will be highly appreciated.
