Dear Sir,
my name is truong nguyen and I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about Vietjetair’s service while I was waiting for my flight to Korea several days ago.
my flight was from Ho Chi Minh City to Seoul and the flight number was VJ605. Also, the schedule was to take off from Tan Son Nhat airport at 5 pm on the 26th of July and land in Incheon International airport at 10 pm on the same day.
However, there were some issues happened at the VIP lounge when I was staying there waiting for boarding at noon. As I was having lunch, I found that the food was totally bad. To be more specific, the steak served to me was completely raw and my lemon juice was extremely sour. I tried to complain to the chef but he ignored me and refused to talk.
As a platinum customer, I am entitled to suggest that you would have a private conversation with this chef and tell him to give me an apology for his horrible food and disrespectful attitude. If possible, I would prefer to have my food cooked by another chef whenever I come to the lounge.
I look forward to seeing some improvements at the lounge next time.
