Dear Sarah,
Hope you in good health. I am really excited to share the news that i have just moved into a new apartment which i bought from my personal savings on the 1st of September.
My previous landlord was causing a lot of trouble for me and it had become almost become impossible to live at that place. The bathroom flush was leaking, and my landlord didn't get it repaired despite it was clearly mentioned in the contract. Also, the wooden kitchen cabinet was full of termites and no fumigation has been carried out even on several requests.
The new house is based on 4 rooms including 2 bedrooms with attached bathroom, a living room and kitchen. The house is very cozy and warm. As of now, I was able to furnish the bedrooms and living area, however, the kitchen needs some amendments.
In order to celebrate this happy moment, I would like to invite you at my place coming Saturday, September 8, 2019 at 6:30 pm. We would watch a movie and would do dinner together. You have always been of great support since the time i moved in this country and i would love to celebrate this joyful event with you.
