Dear Sir/madam,
I am write this letter because of too much rubbish collection near my house. The city cleaner noting coming to collect all garbage since 2 months now.
I am live in Kingston area on Raymond street. All people here in Kingston area throw rubbish in front of house in the green, blue and black box. But the box is too much full and all people keep outside the box and looking very dirty.
Many street have more rubbish outside and not in the box so it is too much smelly and all street looking very dirty because animal tear the plastic.
I am request you to please keep big bin for every street so all people can go and throw extra rubbish bag over there. It make street looking little bit clean. I also asking you to please check if the people in church can come to help us for few hours in weekend to clean the street as it is difficult for resident to do all the work.
Please help us to clear this problems and keep place clean.
