You have seen an advertisement for a community college that needs teachers for night classes.
Write a letter to the community college. In your letter:
say which advertisement you are answering
describe which course(s) you want to teach, and what it/they would be about
explain why you would be a suitable teacher

Dear Sir or Madam,

Through the columns of a local newspaper, I came across the advertisement of the requirement of teacher for night classes at your renowned institution. I am a university student pursuing masters of computer and I want to apply for the job offered by your college.

I am interested in teaching computer languages as I am quite proficient in Java, C, C++ and Python. Moreover, I have made two live projects during my six months training which have inculcated in me the knowledge of the latest technologies. Additionally, high grades have been scored by me in these languages in my academic results. Considering the difficulty of computer languages, it would be beneficial for the students to study these subjects in extra classes.

Further, in order to utilize my time and to fund my studies, I am highly interested to join this job. I have also done JAVA certification from Sun Microsoft last year which adds more points to my eligibility. Therefore, my qualification and appropriate experience make me more suitable for this job. I also assure the quality of teaching and better results.

I will look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,
Prabhjot Kaur
