I am writing this letter to seek a favour from you, can you please accompany me in doing workout. Recently i have become overweight due to my bad eating habits along with the laziness which you are well aware of. Therefore I have decided to do some workout and get back in shape and doing that your help will immensely needed.
For the beginning, I am thinking to go out for a run in the morning. It will help to warm up and may prepare for later workout, following that my plan is to get a gym membership
or swimming club whatever suits you best. For me I would like to join a gym as we can have full body workout as well as it can make us more attractive.
All of these above plans can only be translated into relaity once you join me because you are well aware of my procrastination habits. So i need someone to push me and also to guide me as you are already into fitness. In addition to this with your support I can be regular and at the same time can achieve my goals early.
