I am writing to inform you that I am looking to shift to a new flat, as I am facing some difficulties in the place I am currently residing in.
I am currently residing with my son at Green Garden Society on MG Road, and he finds commuting daily to school quite inconvenient, as its 10 Kilometers away. We are also having some safety concerns because many burglaries have occurred in the recent past, as a result, we are not finding the place secure anymore.
My son will be sitting for his annual exams by the end of this month, so we are planning to shift by 17th of next month, as moving to a new apartment this month will disturb his studies.
I want a secure environment for my family, therefore I would prefer an apartment with CCTV cameras installed and adequate security staff, particularly during night. In addition, I would prefer our apartment to be near the Central School area, so that my son finds commuting daily to school easy.
