I am writing this letter to inform you that, I am planning to have a sabbatical leave.
Of late, I enrolled for a master’s degree in Data Science course; this would assist me in my career progression. Final examinations are nearing by and there have been tons of symbols left for me. In order to fulfill my dreams, I require to leave from 1st January to the 31st of January.
Am I well aware of the project which has been assigned to me and I have been planning to finish the same by extending my work hours in the coming days. I do have a VPN connection, which can allow me to connect to the office network after business hours. If required, I would like to bank on this flexibility to work on weekends.
John, my best pal at work has agreed to take my responsibilities while I am away. I have already briefed him about the assignment and follow meeting has been scheduled for a complete knowledge transfer.
