I am writing this letter to complain about the poor service provided by your bank recently. Because I need a new cheque-book, I applied for it before 14 days ago. But, still, It has not been received by me till now. Regarding this issue, I made a call on last week to know the tracking number of my cheque book; however, your staff denied to answer this question.
Kindly allow me to elaborate on this matter. Firstly, I Ordered this via online portal service of your State Bank of Patiala Portal. I had filled all the forms which are required and submitted this on the same day and secondly I already paid amount 1000 rupees to get this cheque book via my card. However, I have been 2 weeks, but it has not been received till now.
My account number is CA00179856892 and I need your favour to deal with this matter personally Moreover, Could you tell me, how much time you will take to send this to me? Owing to this what action you would like to take to avoid such kind of trouble again.
