Dear Sir\Madam,
I am writing this letter to complain about the services your bank offered to the customer. As around two weeks ago i have made an online request for the new cheque book. Till date, however, neither i have received my cheque book nor any update on my request.
This is a highly disappointing way of dealing with customer's requests and quite unexpected responses from the prestigious bank like yours. Furthermore, i have called customer-care number to get an update on my order, the response which i have received from them is pathetic as they are not even able to track my request from their end. Not only this but they have kept me waiting on a call for more than one hour, which is annoying and unethical.
However, after experiencing such horrible service, i am not sure if i want to continue my account with your bank and need to think again. For now, i would like to know when can i expect my new cheque book? i would like to advise you that you should put your customer support team into training again and work with your technical team to find out the better way to handle online requests of customers.
