Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to make a complaint about my bad experience, which i faced recently while travelling through your bus service.
My name is Harpreet, and i have been a regular passenger of your buses from the last 10 years. Let me explain this incident to you in detail. This happened in the last Saturday when i was travelling from Noida sector 15 to sector 62 on bus number 332, which i boarded at around 3:30 PM. The behaviour of the bus driver was quite rude, as he was shouting so badly at everyone who was seating in the bus just because they were conversing with each other. Not only he was unprofessional, but also the bus speed was more than the standard limit. When we asked him to control it, he replied rudely to take off from the vehicle who has a problem. Further, i have also seen him taking tobacco while driving. By doing this, he was putting everyone's life into danger.
I want you to take strict action against him, and suspend his licence for at least 15 days as a punishment. I hope this would be enough to teach him a lesson for his unethical behaviour.
