I am writing to lodge a complain regarding improper service by your DCB branch.
I am banking with your branch for last 10 years. My saving bank account number is 989. I have placed an order of cheque book containing 100 pages through online banking two weeks ago. Upon requesting, I got a auto-mated message to confirm the same.
The confirmation message, which I received, have mentioned that the branch will issue a new cheque book on the same day and the same will be delivered to me through speed post. It has also defined the specific time period which 3 - 5 working days. As it has been two weeks since I put an order, I would like to know the exact date on which I will get my new cheque book.
I am really annoying with the poor service. I would like that your branch reverse the charge debited into my account. I would also like to get another 100 leaflets cheque book at free of cost for delaying service.
It would be much appreciated if prompt action will be taken.
