Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to seek your help on few important documents of mine that I forgot at your hotel.

Aser Technologies, the start-up I work in, had organised an annual meeting in one of your conference halls around a week ago, on the 28th of October. All the participants are required to carry their company identity cards for all the official gatherings. I am sure that during my presentation, I was wearing it. However, it is only after I returned from the washroom on the same hallway, that went un-noticed and it could be the place I might have either removed or lost it.

The ID card is extremely necessary for the entrance to the workplace, moreover, it is a must to carry out any of activity involving various processes such as signing in to the remote computers or availing facilities provided in-house for the gym and canteen.

Therefore, although it was the negligence shown by me, could you please help find out the card? I can collect it personally from the reception when it is found. I apologise for the trouble, but i trust the professionalism of the staff.

Hope to hearing from you soon.

Best regards

Dheeraj
