I am writing to you regarding a black binder that I might have misplaced containing sensitive information at your hotel "Hotel ‘Le Meridian’ on 21st Feb.
My company, CUE, had booked the "sunflower" banquet hall from 10 am - 4 pm on 21st Feb for our annual Business Goal Review meet. I had taken notes in a black binder along with financial information of y company. Since our meeting ran overtime and have to evacuate the conference room for an upcoming reservation, I had hastly packed all my belongings and might have forgotten my documents with the black binder with my name "Dhanashree" on top of it.
The binder contains sensitive confidential information of my company and if fallen into wrong hands, could result in detrimental effects for my company and me.
I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and please ask your staff to conduct a thorough search at the banquet hall. If you find those papers, please give me a ring at 720-326-9944 and I will be more than happy to collect them at the earliest possible time.
