Essay topics:

You recently attended a meeting at a hotel. When you returned home, you found you had left some important papers at the hotel.
Write a letter to the manager of the hotel.
1- Say where you think you left the papers.
2- Explain why they are so important
3- Tell the manager what you want him/her to do.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to tell you that I have left few crucial documents at your hotel while attending the conference which held last week.

The convention took place at the Galleria room situated at the fourth floor and I was siting at the 4th table from the stage. The papers were with me during the time while I was siting there, but during the end, I stopped to meet the chief guest and placed the documents on the main table in front of the stage. When I reached home and my colleague called me for some information, I looked for the documents and then, I realised that I have left them at the meeting, as I searched my briefcase again and again but in vain.

The papers are very crucial for me to find as they contain my academic and employment credentials. I have very important interview next week and without these, I will not be able to attend.

you can ask the hotel staff for the documents, as I have called them yesterday and they have confirmed about the same. If it is possible, you can send them via courier, as, I am in short of time

I am looking forward for the positive response.

Yours faithfully,
Rupali Mahajan
