Dear John,
This is a feedback email about the recently completed cookery course on meat and bread.
Along the duration of the course, I have immensly enjoyed the process of preparation and the hands on experience that I have received in choosing the idle animal for the meal. I also benefited from interaction with various foreign students and learnt a great deal about their tastes and preferences.
Since June 30,2020, the last day at the institute, I have volunteered myself for community service to serve food for the homeless. I was able to cook 3 times a week there and also as I stay alone in my apartment, I have experiemented with various recipes that I have learnt and created my signature dish and named it as prawn vindaloo!
Although there are varied courses that are on offer by the institute, I believe that given the infrastructure available offering a course of deserts will attract more admissions to the school.
