Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in response to your email about feedback on the cookery course. Like most other students, I thoroughly enjoyed the course, and would like to thank you for offering such a good course.
Recipes were offered by the instructor with in class demonstrations. We were also able to not only cook the meal following the instruction, but also add our own thoughts to customize the recipe to fit personal diet. It was informative and creative.
After the course, I were more into cooking, and my families were able to enjoy the fresh home-made dinner every night. And it turned out they all love it.
If there will be another course scheduled in the future, I would love to learn how to bake. I am sure a lot other students will have the same suggestion.
Please keep me updated on the course information.
