I am writing this letter to convey my gratitude for the arrangement you made for the annual executive summit of my company in your hotel.
I am happy to say that the participants were happy with the arrangement based on the feedback I have received from them. In the feedback survey, they did mention that the seating arrangement in the main hall was very comfortable, and this enables executives to keep their focus to listen to the important information throughout the day. Moreover, the meeting room was equipped with a microphone in front of each desk, and this helped them to participate in the panel discussion without requesting a separate mic to highlight their viewpoint.
Having said that the participants were not happy with the food served to them in lunchtime as they pointed out that the food was very oily and smelling which restrict them to eat proper meal after a hectic daily routine, and most of the visitors went to Circle restaurant which is located nearby the hotel’s premises for lunch.
I would suggest if you ask your chef to prepare food with less oil and make a sure check to spices while preparing cuisine, so the people could eat healthy food while visiting your hotel.
