Dear Sir
I am one of the recent customers of your prestigious restaurant who organised a business get-together last Friday at your place. I am pending down this missive in connection with not only my best but also worst experiences while my visit.
There were about 20 colleagues with me from which most of the members were applauding the services provided by your staff as the area was spick and span with well educated and professional staff. Moreover, the way all the precautions were taken by keeping in mind the current pandemic scenario was commendable. On the contrary, all the participants of the meeting including me found the food atrocious as it looked stale as all the vegetables and fruits very soggy. In addition to that, it was tasteless, without any spices which ruined the mood of everyone.
To make it a better place, I want to suggest you that you should appoint someone who can keep a keen eye on food department as if the groceries and fresh or not; even about the right amount of spices to make a dish laudable.
I hope you will look into this matter which certainly will make a world of difference to your hotel's status.
