Hope your doing well by the grace of Almighty, I am fine but passing a busy schedule with work. In your letter you have asked for my advice on your going to college or try to get a job. Well I believe getting a job at this point will be prudent for your career growth. After studying this far, some practical knowledge on your field will be great for you to learn new things and apply your knowledge in reality. Besides, a job experience now will help you understand your requirement of knowledge and help you progress better in the future.
You have already studied many things theoretically, enrolling yourself in another theory course will further increase your knowledge but without any direction and you will not know what to do with the things that you are learning. Eventually this will bore you as you do not know what practical implication your learned methods will brought in your life. Getting a job will make everything comprehensible and if any further education is required you will understand the value of it.
Nevertheless, given your circumstances there is no alternative for you to get a job, as in the long run you will be running your family busniess, getting some hands on expereince will tremendously help your growth as the future leader. As your family busniess is on real state I suggest you get a job any other real state company to see the field work done, get yourself acquinted with the decision making process and realize your lacking so that you study more on those subject in the future and prepare yourself for running your own company.
