Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Harry Martin,senior bank manager living in Greenwich Avenue, Rhode Island. I commute to my work by local bus service offered by your department. This letter is in regards to express some annoyance and complain about one of the driver who ride bus 1103.
Let me elucidate the incident. Actually, I am a regular passenger of bus service but I had never experienced such bad behavior of the driver until yesterday. The driver drove the bus very rashly, which made the ride very uncomfortable. On top of it, he did not even stopped at some bus stops, even though there were passengers waiting for the bus. Moreover, he behaved very rudely to passengers who intimate him about their stops. He even did not help the handicapped old passenger to board the bus and even he was going to fall from the running bus while boarding.
Such drivers will continue their misbehaviour and rude attitude until some strong action is taken against them. So, on behalf of all the passengers, I request you to suspend him for a while or take legitimate actions against that driver.
