I am writing to complain about the arrogant driving and rude behavior of Mr. Jason, the driver of Coach GT201.
I am regular passenger of your “T&L Transportation Service” and my usual pick-up point is Highstreet Station. I never experienced any hassle in public transports until yesterday, when I got into the mentioned coach. Right after getting a seat, I observed the driver shifting lanes spontaneously, making everyone uncomfortable. Moreover, he had narrow escapes from two accidents during the 20-minute-ride. Though most of the passengers warned him not to drive crazy, he used slang to silent the protesters. As your company operates bus services with strong reputation, I decided to complain about that specific driver to ensure the safety of the public.
Drivers like Mr. Jason are required to be sent for counselling immediately to avoid any casualty. I expect you will take this issue very seriously as well as professionally.
