Dear Sir or Madam,

I am John, dweller of Huston Street New York U.S.A, penning down this epistle to inform you that I mistakenly left my credit card in your restaurant. As I got my permanent resident card last week, thus in order to celebrate this special moment of my life with my friends I arranged a small party at your restaurant yesterday.

As I am a teetotaler, thus I do not prefer to sit in the bar. However, due to heavy rush manager asked us to sit in the bar. Owing to poor lighting system in bar I forgot to pick up my card from table after the payment of bill. When I realized that my card was missing, I immediately lodged a complaint at reception but all in vain.

I have already contacted with your loss and found department, but they are enable to find out my card. It Would be highly appreciable if you check your CCTV cameras as your whole building in under the surveillance of cameras. Please feel free to contact me reading above cited matter on below mentioned contact numbers

I am anticipating a prompt reply from your side.

Yours faithfully,
JOhn
