Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention regarding noisy environment above my flat which is giving me a lot of problems.

As you know, recently, a group of young and joyful college students have just moved in above apartment, where there used to live a quiet family. They are always partying a lot and due to this activity, lots of others neighbors are also having hard time to sleep at night. Furthermore, the frequency of their party have increased so much nowadays that recently my parents had huge arguments with them; however they did not bother to mend their carelessness.

Therefore, I would like to request you to give them warning and suggest them to maintain adequate discipline in our localities. I am sure that they will listen to you seriously more than us and if you give them enough suggestion in your own way, they will fear to follow rules of our society.

At last, I hope you have understand the situation and waiting for your prompt action to help us to create harmonious living environment.
