You saw a brochure for a one-week walking tour in the mountains. You're very interested in taking part, but you're not very fit and are worried you wouldn't be able to keep up. Write to the tour operator. In your letter:
• Explain why you're interested in the tour.
• Ask for information about dates and prices.
• Express your concerns about your fitness level.
You do not need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows:
Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir or Madam,

My name is Vishal Panda and I am writing this letter in regards to the one-week walking tour in the Himalayas which is conducted by your company during the months of June to September. I have always been fascinated with the mountains and I found an opportunity to make my dream come true. After reading the brochure, I was mighty impressed with this tour because of one sentence which caught my eye “3 out of 5 tallest peak of the world can be seen during this tour!” , hence I wanted to be a part of this adventure.

Can you please provide me with following details regarding the hike? I would like to know probable start date during the month of September (Preferably in first half of the month), along with the pricing details for an individual. Also, kindly mention the payment method available and other important details which are required to confirm the booking.

Do I require a medical certificate? Or is there any standard fitness level in order to be eligible for this trip? In that case I would like to apprise you that I am not in the best of fitness level. I can do moderate walking, jogging etc so it would be very helpful if you can suggest me with some daily routines in order to make myself fit for the trek by September.
Thanking you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Vishal Panda
